By using KaamGPT services, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws

2. Our Services

KaamGPT is a platform that connects users with independent service professionals for home services including but not limited to:

• Domestic help and maid services
• Cleaning services
• Cooking services
• Elder care and baby sitting
• Tutoring and educational services

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking
• Payments can be made via wallet, UPI, cards, or cash on delivery where applicable
• KaamGPT reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations after service has started
• Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Service Provider Relationship

Service professionals are independent contractors, not employees of KaamGPT. We:

• Facilitate the connection between users and service providers
• Verify background and qualifications of professionals
• Are not liable for actions beyond our reasonable control

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Treat service professionals with respect
• Provide accurate service location and requirements
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Not engage in any inappropriate or illegal behavior

8. Limitation of Liability

KaamGPT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of property except as covered by our insurance
• Actions of service providers outside the scope of booked services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on KaamGPT, including logos, text, and graphics, is our intellectual property and protected by applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Mutual negotiation
• Mediation if needed
• Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
• Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
